Ohio attorney general Mike DeWine says the state will receive more than $1 million as part of a settlement with a pharmaceutical company that deceptively marketed a drug used to treat epilepsy.

The state joins several others in a settlement with manufacturer UCB, Inc. Dewine says the company marketed the drug Keppra for off-label purposes, leading to the state Medicaid program paying false reimbursement claims.
