The Biological Sciences Greenhouse at OSU has been fortunate to have multiple bloomings of the Titan Arum, aka, the corpse flower. They have its smaller but also smelly cousin, the Voodoo Lily. From its bruise-colored bloom that resembles a corpse, to its stench of rotting flesh, this tropical flower masks its beauty to attract its pollinators.

The Ohio House has passed a budget proposal that would cut funding to schools and local services but not as deeply as first-term Republican Gov. John Kasich has proposed.
Saturday 350 women will come together to take part in what’s called a Komen Columbus Race for the Cure “shadow walk.” It’s where a group of people who cannot be at the race next week walk it somewhere else. WOSU reports on this unusual team.
