Bellefontaine Police say they have recovered the remains of a woman who had missing for a week.
Police say they found the body of 26-year-old Tiffany Brown under a pile of scrap wood in her mother’s basement. Police say Brown suffered multiple stab wounds.
Officials are looking for 37-year-old Samuel Littleton who lived with Brown’s mother. Authorities also are concerned about the well-being of nearby residents Richard and Gladis Russell. The couple knew Littleton. His truck was found near their home, and now both the Russells and their car are missing.
Tiffany Brown had been missing since last week. The Logan County Coroner must now determine a cause of death.
