Death Penalty Sought In Thanksgiving Triple Murder

The Franklin County prosecutor said a death sentence is sought for a triple murder that happened over Thanksgiving.
Prosecutor Ron O’Brien said the Franklin County Grand Jury returned a death penalty indictment on 36-year-old Caron Montgomery. Montgomery is charged with multiple counts of aggravated murder among other charges.
Montgomery is accused of stabbing to death his live-in girlfriend, 31-year-old Tia Hendricks, as well as their two-year old son and Hendrick’s ten-year-old daughter on Thanksgiving Day.
Montgomery is scheduled to be arraigned on Friday.
