Ohio legislators on a special panel studying the projected $4 to $8 billion hole in the next state budget heard more testimony Tuesday about how huge the dilemma is. The lawmakers, though, don’t appear any closer to coming up with actual proposals for filling that hole. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports.
