It’s been more than a week since the sudden death of Ohio Supreme Court Chief Justice Thomas Moyer. The governor has now appointed the Democrat who’s running for Chief Justice to take his place. But critics say putting him on the bench is a slap in the face to the man he’s replacing. Statehouse correspondent Karen Kasler reports.
