On West North Broadway drivers don’t expect to see skeletons goofing off in someone’s front yard. But as they pass Brenda Arnold’s house they do. The skeletons have been known to climb trees or drink too much beer around the holidays. WOSU spoke with Arnold about the skeletons which now wear basketball jerseys to celebrate March Madness.
