Lancaster Woman Indicted for Alleged Theft from Employer
A 41-year-old Lancaster resident faces a felony indictment in connection with the theft of nearly $600,000 from her employer.
Franklin County Prosecutor Ron O’Brien describes Joy Nutt as a “trusted employee” who allegedly abused her position as bookkeeper with Nutis Publishing in Columbus.
If found guilty, Nutt faces a possible eight years in prison. Arraignment is scheduled April 2nd.
