Hundreds of people protested for and against health care reform in Columbus Tuesday. The protest took place outside the local office of 15th district representative Mary Jo Kilroy.
The Ohio House of Representatives has approved a senate-passed plan to greatly expand the state’s DNA testing program.
A House committee has voted for fast-track rules for health care legislation, the first step toward a decisive floor vote on President Barack Obama’s sweeping overhaul. The move will get the historic health care overhaul bill before the House of Representatives by the end of the week.
