A new state law forces health insurance companies to make coverage more affordable to Ohioans who have expensive illnesses like cancer. The new law will cap the amount Ohioans with pre-existing illnesses can be charged for private insurance. Ohio Public Radio’s Jo Ingles talked with the head of the Ohio Association of Health Plans.
