Bexley Bans Texting While Driving

Bexley has banned texting while driving. Council voted 6 to nothing to put the new law on the books. Council safety chair Jed Morison tells WOSU’s Tom Borgerding the ban will take effect on October 23rd. Morison says violators of the texting while driving ban will be cited to Mayor’s court and face a possible fine of $150 dollars.
