The Quinnipiac University poll released Friday shows voters support Governor Ted Strickland’s proposal to place slot machines at racetracks around the state.
A legislative panel is scheduled to meet Friday for a second day to address Strickland’s proposal to authorize a total of 15,000 slot machines at the state’s seven race tracks.
