There’s a new version of a new state budget — it totals $53.3 billion and it’s just been unveiled by Republicans who dominate the state senate. Because of lagging tax revenues and projected shortfalls, the GOP plan would make many changes in the version that Democrats pushed through the Ohio House in April. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen has this overview.
