Voters in Upper Arlington sent a strong message Tuesday. By a 72 to 28 percent margin the voters rejected a proposed bond issue request to renovate and expand the city’s library system.
Franklin County voters had their say on Tuesday. They approved a fraction of a mill tax levy to operate Franklin County MetroParks for the next ten years. The new MetroParks tax will add 23 dollars annually to the tax bill on a 100-thousand dollar home.
