The Ides of April, otherwise known as tax day…the day when income tax returns are due and payable. WOSU Commentator Ed Lentz says while the 1040 form might be fairly new, the taxing tradition goes back centuries.
Ohio unemployment has risen to another new 25-year high as the state continued to lose jobs in March. The Ohio Department of Job and Family Services said today thatthe state’s unemployment rate went up to 9.7 percent last month, from a revised 9.5 percent in February.
