Supporters of a plan to bring back passenger trains to Ohio’s 3 largest cities are pushing state legislators to apply for federal money to rev up the project. The train fans are enthusiastic, but some Republican lawmakers are concerned about the absence of a FIRM price tag. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen files this report .
