The Ohio Supreme Court will decide a case involving an elderly nursing home resident, the resident’s family and the nursing home.
The case centers on whether agreements that require arbitration and inhibit legal action will stand if a nursing home resident or a resident’s family later wants to sue the facility. Statehouse correspondent Karen Kasler has details.
