Ohio Gov. Ted Strickland has denied a request for clemency by a condemned killer awaiting execution Wednesday.

Gasoline prices continue to plummet, in Ohio and across the country. In July, Ohioans were paying — on average — more than 4 dollars a gallon for regular. But now, according to the Triple A Auto Clubs, drivers are paying about one dollar and 86 cents. In just the past week alone, the price has dropped 11 cents.
