Columbus Mayor Michael Coleman Friday announced 42 lay-offs and 60 open positions that will not be filled as the city tries to avoid a budget deficit.
For many people the front yard consists of grass, a couple of trees – boxwoods might line the walkway to the front door, and there may be some flowers for added color.
