Ohio State President’s Son-in-Law Dies of Injuries
Funeral arrangements are pending for Dr. Allan Moore, son in law of Ohio State University President Gordon Gee. Moore died Thursday afternoon at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.
Twelve days ago, Moore suffered head and abdominal injures in a motor scooter accident. His wife, Dr. Rebekah Gee, was also injured and is undergoing rehabilitation at Ohio State University Medical Center.
Rebekah and Gordon Gee were at Moore’s bedside when he died. With them were his parents, Dr. Michael and Janet Moore.
Moore and Rebekah Gee were married in October, 2006. They lived in Pennsylvania but planned to move to Columbus.
Dr. Allan Moore was 31 years old.
