Federal authorities say tomatoes are again safe to eat, and the beef recall seems to have quelled the e-coli outbreak, but West Nile Virus has arrived for its summer visit in Franklin County.

Health Commissioner Susan Tilgner says, based on recent years, the mosquito-borne virus is right on schedule .

Franklin County Health Commissioner Susan Tilgner says those most susceptible to West Nile Virus include the very young and those whose immune systems are compromised.
