College of Social Work Professor, Gilbert Greene, says the key is to identify whether stress is likely to help or hurt one’s mood.

House Bill 545 is back in the House for final concurrence, before it makes its way to Governor Strickland’s desk. The bill proposes an interest rate cap on short-term loans at 28%. The cap is currently 391%.
Payday lenders say bill will likely put them out of business.
