A state senator has introduced a measure to prevent the Ohio Lottery from offering Keno and similar games, to stop Gov. Strickland’s plan to use Keno to raise the funds to plug a looming budget deficit. But he’s finding opposition in an outspoken member of his own party. Statehouse correspondent Karen Kasler reports.
