For years thousands of state employees have taken advantage of flexible work schedules: finding ways to get their daily job done outside the regular 9 to 5. Now that’s changing. Governor Ted Strickland has given agencies until May 2nd to implement a new personnel policy that limits flextime, compressed work weeks and telecommuting from home.
