Columbus police say a double murder suspect was shot and wounded Wednesday by officers near Parsons Avenue and Kossuth Street. He was taken into custody shortly after the killings.

Ohio State University political Scientist Paul Beck says primary election results in New Hampshire will keep some candidates in the race a little longer. But,its still uncertain whether Ohio primary voters will have much choice. In an interview this morning on WOSU, Beck says results in Iowa and New Hampshire help give an early push to winning candidates, but the litmus test for candidates will come on so-called “Super Tuesday” about a month before Ohio’s scheduled primary on March 4th.
