With harsh cold and snow forecast for much of the state in the next few days, officials in Ohio’s Department of Aging are urging precautions for older people who could be at increased risk of weather-related problems.
Ohio Supreme Court Wants Interpreters for Hard of Hearing
The Ohio Supreme Court is telling judges across the state to offer interpreters to defendants and key witnesses who are deaf or hard of hearing.
The top court is also trying to help local judges figure out when interpreters should be brought in. Ohio Public Radio’s Bill Cohen has the story.
