New Law on Adult Clubs Might Be Delayed
A new state law to place additional limitations on adult clubs and video stores will likely not go into effect as scheduled.
Opponents of the law say they’ve collected enough petition signatures to at least delay for awhile the September 4th implementation date.
Their goal is to kill the law permanently with a statewide vote. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen has the latest.
