Six Foot Limit Might Be Unconstitutional
There’s a new development in that battle over a proposal to require that strippers stay a set distance away from patrons at topless bars and other x-rated businesses across Ohio.
Some legislators believe the measure is un-constitutional, so they’re calling for changes.
But a citizens group that wrote the measure has been insisting that lawmakers pass it without major changes. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports
