Environmentalists Hail Supreme Court’s Clean Air Ruling
Environmentalists are hailing a recent U-S Supreme Court decision that says the federal Clean Air Act expressly authorizes the U-S Environmental Protection Agency to regulate carbon dioxide from automobile emissions.
