Bexley City Council will consider a discrimination ordinance that would include members of the gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender community. The move follows a lesbian couple who spoke out about a local wedding photographer who declined their business due to their their sexual orientation.
Governor proposes tuition freeze
Every year, for several years, students at state-supported universities across Ohio have been faced with tuition increases of four percent, six percent, sometimes nine percent and more. But if Governor Ted Strickland gets his way, those kinds of tuition increases – double and triple the inflation rate – will soon come to an end.
