Democrats Continue Battle with GOP over Governor’s First Day Veto
Democrats in the Ohio Legislature are taking issue with the lawsuit filed by Republicans over Governor Strickland’s veto of a consumer bill in his first day in office.
The minority Democrats say if the basis of the lawsuit is true, other pieces of legislation signed into law are not valid. But Republicans say there’s no basis for the minority party’s objection. Ohio Public Radio’s Jo Ingles reports. Notes:
