The U.S. Supreme Court hears arguments Wednesday over whether the federal government can pay subsidies to people in Ohio and other states that don’t have state-created health insurance marketplaces set up after the Affordable Care Act.
Call for Taft to Veto Limits on Consumer Lawsuits
Opponents of a recently passed bill that limits consumer lawsuits are lobbying Governor Taft to veto it.
They are concerned that the measure would make it easier for predatory lenders to do business in Ohio.
