Union workers at Delphi fight back as the company threatens to cancel its labor agreements
A number of groups have come out against the tax expenditure limitation or TEL amendment being championed by Republican gubernatorial candidate Ken Blackwell. Blackwell spoke to the Ohio Chamber of Commerce Tuesday, and told the members that the TEL is on the ballot “until something better is put on the table.”
