After two days of deliberations a jury came back with a verdict in a civil case for a man who spent more than a quarter century in prison on a wrongful conviction.
Six members of the eight person jury in the Timothy Howard wrongful imprisonment case voted in his favor and declared him innocent.
Today will be the second full day of deliberation with no sign of a verdict from the jury who will decide if a man is innocent of a 1976 crime.
