House Bill Uses GPS on Sexual Predators
The Ohio House has unanimously passed a bill that would require certain violent sexual predators to be monitored by global tracking devices when released from prison. But there’s a provision that would allow some of them to be locked up after their sentences are done. Ohio Public Radio’s Karen Kasler reports
