Timothy Howard took the stand Wednesday afternoon to once again proclaim his innocence. Howard and another man were wrongfully convicted of robbing a Columbus bank and killing a guard in 1976. After spending more than a quarter century in prison, the two were freed and are now suing the state for compensation.
