The trial in fired OSU men’s basketball coach Jim O’Brien’s wrongful termination law suit ended this afternoon. The decision is now in the hands of a judge. OSU fired O’Brien in 2004 after he gave thousands of dollars to a Yugoslavian player. The case hinges on whether or not the player was an OSU basketball recruit at the time he received the money.
