Thanksgiving Travelers Face Weather Challenge
Thanksgiving holiday travelers today will face inclement weather and increased patrols on major highways.
Snow is falling through the Central Great Lakes region and in Central Pennsylvania and Western New York. Ohio Highway Patrol Lieutenant Rick Zwayer says more troopers will also be out monitoring speed and erratic drivers in an effort to reduce crashes. Zwayer also urges drivers to reduce speed in construction zones. Zwayer says the Thanksgiving Holiday is among the busiest holidays on the highways.
