Opening Statements Begin in Highway Shootings Trial

A prosecutor says the trial of the man charged in a string of highway shootings will be about choices. In opening statements Thursday, Assistant Franklin County Prosecutor Ed Morgan says the gunman made the choice not to shoot at firing range targets, but at occupied cars and homes.
