Bexley City Council will consider a discrimination ordinance that would include members of the gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender community. The move follows a lesbian couple who spoke out about a local wedding photographer who declined their business due to their their sexual orientation.
COTA and Union Workers Keep Talking
Unionized workers at the Central Ohio Transit Authority kept working this month after a contract expired at the end of January. Both sides are keeping mum on possible sticking points. But, a labor-management expert says the union’s decision to keep the buses rolling could put them in “a leading role” at the bargaining table. W-O-S-U’s Tom Borgerding reports.
