Historic plane visits Columbus
An airplane that in the 1920′s helped develop the passenger air travel industry visits OSU’S Don Scott airport this weekend.
The Experimental Aircraft Association will allow guests to get a close look at a 1929 Ford Tri-Motor airplane. It’s part of the 75th anniversary of Port Columbus.
The Ford Tri-Motor, nicknamed the “tin goose”, improved reliablity and passenger comfort.
This plane will be on display through Sunday.
