For the hungry in some Columbus neighborhoods, emergency food supplies will be only a text away. The city will spend $135,000 to help to create a mobile scheduling program for selected food pantries.

Professional and amateur eaters gathered Friday afternoon at Ayng Asian Grill on Grandview Avenue for The Noodle Eating Championship, the first of its kind in the nation.
A national non-profit group called “Oneness” uses education, the arts and especially music to promote racial harmony. “Oneness” co-founders Faith Holmes and Dennis Stafford are hosting a songwriters summit in Columbus this weekend.
