The federal government recommends demolishing over 200 buildings at the site of a former Cold War-era uranium plant in southern Ohio.

Columbus Mayor Michael Coleman, city council members and other city leaders today expressed displeasure with a portion of the conceal carry law now in effect. Coleman says the children playing in city parks may be in danger. The mayor and a host of other city officials say the new law allows people to carry hidden guns in public parks, pools, bike trails and other outdoor facilities.
