The man Columbus police say is the so-called Naked Photographer is an attorney who works for the Ohio House of Represenatives. Officers arrested 32 year old Stephen Linnen Wednesday night. Police say Linnen was naked and holding a campera when he was arrested behind a supermarket near where a woman reported being confronted.
