Voter turnout in Cuyahoga County (a Democratic stronghold) is expected to be lower than in 2008.  That could be bad news for Governor Ted Strickland who was counting on the Northeast Ohio County to deliver his base. But Democrats have a different take. They theorize that Dems have done such a good job with early voting that taken together with todays numbers, overall voting will be up.
