It’s time to test your music IQ. Â For centuries, composers haves used the seasons as inspiration for their music. Â Vivaldi is the best known, but there are many, many others.
Gregor Joseph Werner is one example. Â He was a Baroque composer who was working for the Esterhazy court and was there when Haydn was hired. Â He wrote a fun piece called A New and Curious Musical Calendar, which clocks in at just under two hours! Â (You can hear some of it below.)
