Foodies Take Note: A Good Meal From Quartetto Gelato
You’ve likely heard on Classical 101 Quartetto Gelato violinist and tenor Peter De Sotto as a stand-out soloist on his quartet’s delicious, accordion-laden interpretations of everything from Puccini to popular songs.
Now hear De Sotto talk about his other passion: cooking. If he weren’t a musician, De Sotto says he would have become a chef – even though the prospect of eating an egg roll once frightened him. In the video above, De Sotto talks about his passion for food and shares his recipe for what he calls “Pasta Piselli alla Gelato.”
