Season Opens Tonight with Carmina Burana, Continues Saturday With Pops Series
The Columbus Symphony gives you two opportunities for live performances beginning this evening at the Ohio Theatre with Carmina Burana.Â (Columbus Dispatch)Â They team with the Columbus Symphony Chorus, Columbus Children’s Choir, and soloists for Carl Orff’s monumental work.
Saturday, they change gears with the Pops Series opener called Opera to Broadway.

CJO Saxophonist/Capital University Professor Michael Cox Performs With Lancaster Chorale
St. Mary of the Assumption in Lancaster is the venue for a performance this Sunday afternoon featuring saxophonist Michael Cox, organist Robert Wisniewski, and the Lancaster Chorale in a performance of James Whitbourn’s Son of God Mass.Â Also on the program is music by Cesar Franck, John Rutter and more.
