Colorado Symphony In “Cash Crisis”

A recent high-stakes meeting of the Colorado Symphony’s musicians and board members ended in high drama, according to a story in The Denver Post.

To help reduce the Colorado Symphony’s self-described “cash crisis,” the orchestra’s musicians have agreed to a nine percent pay reduction, and 20 Colorado Symphony board members resigned Friday after a tumultuous week of negotiations.
