Columbus resident John Panico's elderly dog Bruno suffers from hip dysplasia and was fitted with this dog "wheelchair" so he could take longer walks. Panico has lived in Columbus since 1967 and says that he knew someone back in the 60s who had a dog wheelchair. When he decided to build one for 15 year-old Bruno, Panico researched them online and settled on one by Dwanecart.com, which he assembled with wheels bought from local bike shop Baer Wheels.
